EIN Application: This service helps obtain the company's tax ID number from the IRS, which is crucial for tax purposes and opening business bank accounts. Form SS-4 must be completed and signed authorizing me to file the application on your behalf.

Operating Agreement: While not always legally required, this document is essential for defining the company's structure, member responsibilities, and operational procedures. It's particularly important for multi-member LLCs. Some states don't allow out of state residence to act as the registered agent, in which case I would put a section in the operating agreement outlining the function of an authorized representative. We would need a separate agreement appointing me as an authorized representative which you can cancel at any time.
